In 2011 the Center facilitated a 5-day long training workshop on, Research Design and Methods, for academics, young scholars and researchers to develop understanding of conceptual aspects of academic and empirical research and to increase proficiency in research project formulations, use of research report and report writing. There were 20 participants, consisting of faculty members and researchers from various universities including EWU, NGOs and INGOs in this training workshop.
